Customer Success Manager
As a CSM, your role is to onboard and train clients, provide daily support, manage renewals, and identify upsell opportunities, all of which contribute to their satisfaction and the company's growth.
This position will be available from summer 2026.
Your mission
- Onboard and train our clients to master our tool.
- To be a reliable and pleasant point of contact, to listen to and support customers on a daily basis.
- To ensure every customer is delighted.
- Manage renewals.
- Identify upsell opportunities.

- Graduate Have you studied in the field (Baccalaureate or Master's degree)?.
- (Almost) bilingual You are comfortable in English.
